Most people who want to sell their home are ready to put a sign on the lawn, get a bidding war
started and sell for as much over asking as possible. That’s easy to do. Especially if you have a
discerning eye and know what needs attention before putting the property on the market.
Entranceway freshening here, remedial painting there, tasteful staging as required. These are
small things that add up, and I spot and take care of them as a matter of course. I also guide you
through the selling process, right through to closing.
